CESAR DURON
Student, Park University - IGN Durronimo
After graduating high school in 2007 from Blue Valley West High School, Cesar joined the Marine Corps as a Radio Operator, where he served for eight years. During that time, he was deployed two times to Afghanistan, deployed on a MEU to multiple countries, spent time as a Recruiter, and was a martial arts instructor starting courses from the ground up. After the Marine Corps, he became a sales manager for a fitness facility and gained a passion for entrepreneurship where he gained great perspective from various industries.
In 2018 he gained a passion for esports, and began to seek out how he could bring value to that industry. In early 2019 he joined GYO Score, an esports saber-metrics data company, as a University Ambassador. Shortly after he then enrolled at Park University in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree and joined their esports program as a player. With the skills that he has developed throughout his varied experiences, his goal is to influence how society looks at the esports industry, through fitness and health with a little bit of military swag.
