Admission to the Health and Fitness Expo Presented by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Kansas City is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Stop by to sample food and drinks from local purveyors and to check out the latest and greatest running gear.
Interested vendors, please complete the vendor application to be eligible for a booth.
All runners MUST pick up their race packet at the Health and Fitness Expo. PLEASE NOTE - there is NO late registration or packet pick up on race day.
If you are unable to pick up your packet in person, you may designate someone to retrieve it on your behalf. To initiate this, you MUST complete the Packet Pick Up Authorization Form and the person picking up must bring:
A copy of your registration confirmation (digital or printed)
Their photo ID (the person picking up the packets)
In order to protect our participants and ensure a safe event, each individual participating in this event must be officially registered under his or her own name with accurate personal information. Failure to do so will void the registration and prohibit participation. Registration entries and race numbers cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances or used by registrant in subsequent years. Registration fees are non-refundable in all cases regardless of inability to participate or event cancellation. The race director reserves the right to cancel the event because of weather, natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances which pose a significant danger to the participants.
