Stacy Bauman serves as the manager for WIN for KC. She joined the staff in December of 2022. 

Bauman began her professional career as a sport journalist, working for the South Florida Sun Sentinel, the Union, the Capital Times and the Tulsa World, while completing internships at the Arizona Republic and the Cape Cod Times. 

In 2018, she pivoted into non-profit. Bauman spent four and half years in the diaper bank world at the Diaper Bank of North Carolina in Winston Salem, NC and Happy Bottoms in Kansas City.  During that time, she focused on operations, inventory management, volunteer recruitment and warehouse management. 

Bauman attended the University of Wisconsin, earning a bachelor degree in Journalism and Mass Communications in 2004. She and her husband, Justin, enjoy supporting their daughter Tatum’s sports and activities in addition to exploring the Kansas City area and the local sports scene.
